Training

Accomplished graduates, post-graduates and engineers who have basic training in their respective fields will be chosen for the more specialized training needed by the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. This training is aimed to empower students with skill sets needed in India after 2005, when the amount of outsourced work is expected to reach $48 billion by year 2010.

The courses currently selected dovetail market requirements and are short-term post-graduate diplomas, not requiring laboratory studies. Lab-oriented courses will be introduced at a later stage.
